Values
Biblical Foundation
I value the Bible as the authority and foundation for truth. Times change, cultures shift, and situations flux, but the truth of the Bible remains the same.
Servant Leadership
I value living a life of servanthood to God, the church, and the world by using the gifts and resources God has given me to build others up.
Family
I value my role as a husband, brother, and son. My mission to serve and glorify God begins with the people nearest to me who I have the deepest impact on.
Perseverance
I value the perspective of using trials as opportunities for growth and depending on the strength and provision of God. I believe that God has and will continue to use the pain and evil of this world to accomplish his good purposes.
Identity in Christ
I value living life as a child of God. An identity built upon accomplishments, wealth, social standing, and abilities ultimately leads to ruin, while an identity founded on the Solid Rock, Jesus Christ, can weather any storm.
Vision
My vision is to see people experience wholeness and incredible joy through a deep commitment to God in the midst of the pain, trials, and challenges of this world.
Spiritual Gifts
Creative Communication
I thrive in roles where I have the freedom to use my creativity to express, educate, inform, and interact. I have actively used this gift in worship leading, speaking opportunities, dramas and in musicals in order to engage my audience and lead them to respond.
Teaching
I am a learner at heart and this has equipped me to be a teacher. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences and helping others to grow, learn, and be equipped. I have used this gift in teaching opportunities with youth, Sunday school teaching, Bible teaching at VBS, and coaching various sports teams.
Intercession
My conviction is that, while some ministry opportunities will fluctuate and my roles and vocation will change, there is always an opportunity for me to minister to people in prayer. I have used this gift to encourage and comfort people, connect them to God, and participate in the expansion of God's kingdom.
